Have I got good enough stats to join?

I was just wondering because I have had a look at some of the applications and none of them seem to be around my lvl, even though in the reqs it says " f2p 100+ and magic lvl 82 "

Combat lvl P2P/F2P:
107/101

It's not about the stats for me but about the pk experience and the application has to be perfect. Like ppl don't take aenough time to read the rules and shit. But ya Those stats aren't so bad if u have enough money to pk.
