how do i post a a video where u cant watch it on the page of the forums, and also how do i post a pic where u can see it on the forums?

when i try to post a vid it just dose this:

and also when i post a picture i get a message that says i cant use [img] or somthing else (forgot).
someone please help, this is makeing me mad because i see everyone else posting vids/pics, but i cant... angry2 :angry2: angry2

u put
what ur doin is putting the embded code, just use the link on top (by that i mean on the top thing lieke the top thing atm is http://sn.ucoz.lv/forum/31-1279-1)

for pictures put

[img]directcode[/img]

what i mean for vids, is to put it where u can watch it directly from the forums, and for the pics i got this again:
